If our product isn't right for you, you can get a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. You don't need to give a reason.

How to ask for a refund

1. Email [email protected] within 7 days of the purchase date.
2. Send it from the email address you used to buy, or include that address and, if you have it, your order number.
3. That's it. We'll confirm by email once the refund is issued.

What gets refunded

The full amount you paid for the order, including any add-ons bought in the same checkout, goes back to your original payment method. We usually process requests within 3 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take another 5 to 10 business days to show it on your statement.

After 7 days

Because our products are digital downloads delivered immediately, we don't normally offer refunds after the 7-day window. If something went wrong, for example a file that won't open or a duplicate charge, write to us anyway and we'll make it right.

Chargebacks

Please email us before opening a dispute with your bank. A refund through us is faster and has the same result.
